The Green Team blog has gotten a face-lift, with some new sections added.
“BAU” or “business as usual,” is a collection of articles on the consequences of ignoring the signals the planet’s ecosystem is transmitting about the impacts of human activities.
“BAU Alternatives” collects articles suggesting ways of mitigating those consequences.
And lastly, “Coal Terminal Information” gathers articles that explore the potential impact of operating a coal export terminal at Cherry Point.
The links to these new sections are on the navigation bar. Clicking on an article title will open that article in a new window.
If you would like to add your name to the Earth Ministry’s “Power Past Coal” letter to Washington State Lands Commissioner, Peter Goldsmith, the link to the letter is found on the “Coal Terminal Information” page.
